Tyler Griebling

President

J. Tyler Griebling is a dynamic leader with a deep commitment to service and integrity. With over two decades of experience in business operations, technology and leadership, Tyler has dedicated his career to delivering solutions that improve the lives of customers.

 

As an Operations Manager and Franchisee at Eckert, Inc. DBA Great Clips, he oversaw 35 locations across multiple markets, ensuring that each provided caring customer service, reliability and efficiency. His strategic vision led to successful expansions and acquisitions, streamlined operations, and technology enhancements that made services more accessible and convenient for customers. His ability to resolve challenges swiftly and effectively reflects his passion for creating dependable solutions that simplify life for those he serves.

 

Tyler believes that a company’s greatest asset is its people. He has championed workplace cultures that foster teamwork, respect for employees and financial opportunities that benefit everyone. His leadership is rooted in trust, transparency and a commitment to positively impacting both employees and the broader community.

 

With a Master of Business Administration specializing in Leadership and Marketing from Northern Kentucky University, he combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Outside of work, Tyler is a dedicated husband and father whose greatest joy is the caring and fun intrinsic to family life. Tyler also enjoys playing and listening to music—an expression of his creativity and belief that harmony, whether in music or business, is key to lasting success.
